Miracle Foot Support

I was fortunate to come across these molded shoe inserts after having foot pain for over two years. After placing them in my shoes, my feet could feel support and relief almost immediately. The more I've used them, the more my foot pain has diminished greatly.

Custom molded orthotics is considered an important element in caring for problems related to the foot. Ailments which include instability of the ankle, tendonitis and bunion related deformity and plantar fasciitis are typically caused by poor foot position or alignment and can be improved dramatically with use of custom orthotics. Our custom molded device is designed to hold the foot in an individualized position while controlling the motion the joints go through during the gait cycle. Each situation, foot and ankle requires a different amount of control and positioning. Similarly, each of us has unique arch and foot attributes. For these reasons, our custom orthotic device is significantly more effective than over the counter type arch supports.

Typically, the most reliable and accurate method of capturing a patient's foot impression for a shoe insert is by taking a plaster mold of the foot, This is usually performed in a off weight situation, holding the foot in the desired functional position while plaster hardens around it. The mold is then sent to a third party with the specific instructions and prescription for the desired correction of the wearers particular foot attributes. When the orthotic device is ready, the patients' shoes are then fitted. Our molded orthotic device minimizes the amount of time required to meet a wearers needs to minutes instead of days. It's as easy as dipping it in hot water and fitting to the foot:

Immerse our orthotic device in boiling water for 15 seconds
Allow to cool until comfortable to the touch. (Approximately 30 seconds)
Place the orthotic device in position beneath the foot, then using your fingers and the heel of your hand, mold the device to the contours of the patients' foot, paying particular attention to the longitudinal and metatarsal arch areas.
When the orthotic device has cooled to room temperature, it is then ready to be placed in the patients shoe and worn.
If the device becomes uncomfortable, dip only the troublesome portion of the shoe insoles in boiling water and repeat manipulation by hand.
When reheated, our molded shoe insoles will return to their original shape and can be remolded.
Our orthotic device may also be used as a basic shell which can be altered, extended or imposed upon as needed. Leather, cork or foam rubber may be added by using barge cement.
